The Rums come from the Dominican Republic, Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica and are blended to produce an 80% by volume base spirit.
Made to a special recipe, the result is a 31% ABV liqueur that has a nose of Rum and Raisin and a taste of Rum infused with raisins, figs, and dried fruit.
Perfect by itself it makes a great Dark and Stormy and an intriguing Espresso Martini
