Distilled to our own recipe by the head distiller at G+ J Greenall, fresh raspberries from Cambridgeshire are steeped in the triple distilled spirit giving the gin a deliciously dry yet subtly smooth flavour. Whilst juniper is the essential and dominant botanical of the five, the raspberries ensure a smooth finish. The fruitiness on the nose is balanced with scents of juniper coming through and the raspberry is gently prevalent on the palate resulting in a smooth and slightly spicy finish. The signature serve is with a premium tonic, a raspberry and a sprig of fresh mint. Mixologists have quickly latched onto it, with all sorts of eclectic recipes being developed.
